ABLE carries out its responsibility by:
Researching and chronicling the accomplishments of organizations that administer Mr. Hubbard’s social betterment technology in each of its secular applications;
Increasing public awareness of all the programs that utilize Mr. Hubbard’s social betterment technology through the production of publications and other educational materials;
Providing secular groups that use Mr. Hubbard’s technology with material they can use to inform interested members of the public about their accomplishments;
Overseeing the compilation and publication of texts that contain Mr. Hubbard’s social betterment technology, including courses and course materials that guide people in the use of this technology;
Permitting only organizations that agree to apply Mr. Hubbard’s social betterment technology properly — and only for charitable and educational purposes — to use the names and symbols associated with this technology.
In short, ABLE works to ensure that Mr. Hubbard’s technology is applied exactly as written and that the remarkable results of his discoveries are made available to all.
