  • Makes Dianetics and Scientology more broadly known and delivers introductory lectures to inform people about the subjects.

    Department 17

  • Provides introductory training, auditing and seminars.
  • Delivers chaplain services including marriage counseling.
  • Performs ministerial services including weddings, naming ceremonies and Sunday services.

    Department 18

  • Appoints and assists volunteer ministers to perform their functions in the community.
  • Helps open new Dianetics and Scientology groups in the area.
  • Assists the local community church goodwill programs.
