WISE: ENABLING GROUPS TO FLOURISH AND PROSPER
L. Ron Hubbard administrative technology has been the management technology that I have followed since I started our insurance adjusting company in 1979. This technology has taken my company from a one-man operation out of a rented house to the fastest growing insurance adjusting company in southern California, with over 140 employees.
Prior to studying and applying this technology, I studied business administration throughout my more than six years in college. I had been attempting to get answers in the areas of personnel, client relationships, finance, production, quality of work product and marketing. Somehow the answers I got were vague and not data that could be readily applied.
I came upon Hubbard Management Technology in the early 1970s and decided it was worth looking into. And that it was. I have taken courses in this technology and apply it to my company on a daily basis. Almost all of our employees have graduated from the more advanced programs.
