I have enjoyed incredible successes since beginning the executive director apprenticeship [at the Hubbard College of Administration]. A few simple personnel changes, bright ideas and basics put in have acted in a very earthshaking way to put my companies into affluence and get them under controlled expansion.

I have implemented policies on statistics and not even “almost immediately” but IMMEDIATELY, our income and other statistics doubled.

I know that when I get a key basic point in, it WILL cause immediate expansion. I have seen this direct cause-and-effect relationship so often while doing this apprenticeship that I know with certainty it is not just “chance,” “an amazing coincidence,” or “luck.” It is the POWER of Hubbard Management Technology in ACTION – ACTION being the key word.
