THE STAFF OF SCIENTOLOGY CHURCHES
Scientology staff members routinely face challenges involving the mastery of new abilities, for regardless of past training before joining staff, these individuals often must learn new skills in order to get the required tasks done. This may seem daunting to most people in the workaday world, but not to a Scientology staff member. Thus, in walking through a church of Scientology it would not be unusual to find the Rhodes scholar ministering auditing, the accountant supervising courses and the auto mechanic lecturing.
Regardless of the task at hand, staff members seize responsibility and learn how to do the job — and do it well. There are few people anywhere who have duties more challenging — or more fulfilling. For this reason, public Scientologists regard staff with more than a little respect and a great deal of admiration.
