Illness

It is important if a person becomes ill or has an injury while receiving auditing, even if it is just a cold, to let his auditor know. It is a mistake to not mention an illness or injury, as this will only slow progress. One’s auditor must be informed right away of any such illness or injury so that medical attention can be suggested if needed.

If one needs to receive an assist on an emergency basis, this is fine, but make sure that the person who gives the assist writes down what occurred in the session and records it in the auditing folder (the folder which holds all the records of auditing sessions and other vital data on a preclear’s case). In this way the Case Supervisor will be fully informed of all actions taken.
