ERRORS IN TRAINING

Wrong Purpose for Studying

Before even starting to study a subject, a person can make a fundamental mistake – trying to study it for some other reason than to really learn, understand and apply it.

Some of the wrong reasons for study include: to earn a certificate or degree, to gain status, to pass an examination, to impress someone or to obey the wishes of a parent or family member.

These reasons might result in a degree, but are no guarantee that a person will be able to apply the material he has studied.

If a person studies Dianetics or Scientology for the wrong reason, he will only hinder his chances for real improvement.

This could result in a failure to really understand the course and get the full gains possible.

One should train with the purpose of application in mind. Scientology training services are arranged so that they are easy to get through, step by step. Upon completion of the service, one knows the materials he has studied and can apply the data to all of his life.
