CHAPTER 13

THE GRADE CHART: AUDITING TO HIGHER STATES OF EXISTENCE

T

hrough Dianetics and Scientology auditing, man’s full spiritual potential, so often speculated about, can be realized. This potential is far, far higher than man ever thought possible.

The goal of auditing is greater cause and ability for the person, enabling him to better understand and handle his own life.

The degrees and stages of discovery as one comes to know oneself and attain total spiritual freedom are scaled upwards on the auditing steps of the Bridge. The person moves up step by step, graduating each time to a higher level.

HIGHER STATES

Man is so visibly MAN that he overlooked in most of his philosophies and all of his sciences that there is more than one state of existence attainable by man.

Indeed, until Scientology came along and changed their minds, all nineteenth-century psychologists stated that man could never change. And described only one state of existence – mortal man.

There are many states of existence besides that of man. This has been touched on by earlier philosophies. What is new about Scientology is that one being can attain several different states of existence in just one lifetime.
